Brief About:

Majid Ali AL-Kharusi from Muscat. I have finished bachelor degree in Information Security form Sohar College of Applied Sciences. I like to explore all techniques related to Information technology and security field to utilize the best of it.

In my study period I have been participate in symposiums related to information security that hold at the college. First symposium was about "Reducing Security Risks in Digital Communication" at College of Applied Sciences in Nizwa in 2009.
Then in 2011 I decided to dedicate more to the community of information technology and security in Oman. I played an educating role at symposium at College of Applied Sciences in Sohar titled with "Digital Innovation Gathering Activity". At security section I explained to the participants about the public-key cryptography, virus definition and how to created it, security scanner for network exploration, hacking, (Nessus Vulnerability Scanner) and introducing some secure features available in Ubuntu Operating System.

Therefor I would like to join Ambassadors Program because I want to continue sharing knowledge in my surrounding community about information security awareness.
