Handled technical/CRM systems troubleshooting within an enterprise environment, including Order Management system, slow-downs and data inventory management. Engaged and tracked customer’s accounts/services issues, resolution, and closure of trouble tickets.

I would like to join the Ambassadors Program to be profession in Information Security. I would also like to have high level of knowledge and to be aware of nowadays attacks and security issues.
