Brief About:

I am writing for applying to OCERT Ambassadors Program. I am a student at Sultan Qaboos University, studying at college of Economics and Political Science. My major is Information Systems. I have taken networking, web application development and eCommerce courses, by which I learned about security.

In addition, I am taking now security + course. This course enabled me to know how to protect a network from attacks such as DOS, Cross Site Scripting, Man in the middle and others. Furthermore, I learned how to harden operating systems client and server side. My objective is to learn more about security, be part of cert security initiative and teach people how to protect themselves from cyber-attacks.
